For yarn and denim fabric, we have 24 rieter card unit machines, 6 rieter E62 comber machines, 1 rieter E30 drawing frame and lap machine unit, 8 rieter Bt903 spinning machines, 12 toyato fly frame machines, 40000 ring spinning machines and 72 picanol gamma rapier looms machines. Now our company forms a production system with spinning, dyeing, weaving and finishing process, which can produce 20,000MT of combed cotton yarn, carded yarn, slub yarn, OE cotton yarn and lined yarn per year, and has an annual output of 18,000,000 meters denim fabric.

Our products, various kinds of yarns, have reached 25% - 50% level of international Uster 97 statistics report. The "Jeanstar" brand denim fabric, which mainly includes regular, stretch, slub, across-hatch, T/C and ramie/cotton fabric from 5-15.5oz. Due to high quality and resonable price, they can meet customers' special requirements.

As for blanket, there are over 20 varieties of two ranges of "raschel and acrylic", and the production capacity is in a position to reaching 3,000,000 pieces per year. "Xinguang" brand blankets are characterized by brightness and suppleness, and have reached advanced level in respect of anti-static and friction. The products have been sold to the countries and regions including Russia, Americia, Japan and South Africa.
